Hand-poured using Golden Wax 444 soy wax for a smooth, even burn and a warm, steady scent throw.

🔥 Burn Instructions
Trim wick to ¼ inch before lighting
Allow wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
Burn no longer than 2 hours at a time
Let candle cool before relighting
Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains

1. Processing Time
Every order at Royal Purple Creations is crafted with intention and care.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your item ships.
(Custom requests, multi-item bundles, or seasonal volume may require additional time, but you will always be contacted if so.)
2. Custom Orders
Many of our items—especially apparel, jewelry, resin décor, and bath & body—are handmade, custom blended, or made-to-order.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
• Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer allowed.
• If materials have already been purchased or work has started, cancellations will not be granted.
We take great pride in creating pieces worthy of your crown, and each custom order is made uniquely for you.
3. Payment Policy
All website orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Royal Purple Creations does not accept deposits or partial payments for online orders.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
(No Returns)
All apparel, jewelry, resin designs, bath & body items, candles, and any personalized creations are final sale.
Damage or Defects
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will gladly replace the item or provide a shop credit.
5. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed only before production begins.
Once materials are cut, blended, started, or prepared, the order can no longer be canceled.
6. Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is fulfilled.
• Shipping times vary based on carrier, location, and seasonal volume.
• Royal Purple Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If an item is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, customers must open a claim directly with USPS or UPS.
7. Product Variations
Because many of our creations are handmade, natural variations in color, placement, texture, resin flow, stone patterns, or scent strength may occur.
These slight differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handcrafted goods.
8. Allergies & Safety
For bath & body items:
• Full ingredient lists are provided.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchase.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
All products are made in small batches to ensure quality.
