Payment Policy

​

• Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Full payment is required for rush orders or orders under $50.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and Square.

 

Order Processing Times

​

• Since most items are made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be created.

• Resin Projects: Large resin pieces require adequate time to set and cure to ensure quality. Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on the size.

• Bath Products: Items like handmade soaps need time to cure properly before they’re ready for shipment.

 

Shipping Policy

• Orders ship within 1-2 business days after the creation process is complete.

• Shipping is via UPS, with tracking provided. (This could change to USPS based on the order)

• Royal Purple Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

• Custom Orders: Non-refundable once production begins.

• Non-Custom Items: Refunds or exchanges are accepted if you contact me within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• Contact me promptly at customorders@royalpurplecreations.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

 

Order Verification

• Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

• To ensure a smooth transaction, please provide accurate contact information and shipping details.

 

Scam Prevention

​

• For your protection and mine, payments via gift cards, wire transfers, or cash apps (e.g., Venmo) are not accepted.

• Overpayments will not be refunded to avoid potential scam tactics. Scammers may intentionally overpay and request the difference back, often using stolen payment methods. This ensures the integrity of all transactions. Please send only the exact amount due.
